| Michael R. McLeod, Architect, P.A., a
coastal
architectural firm, is searching for talented design professionals with
experience in residential and commercial design and construction
drawings. Prospective employees would be involved in all phases of the
design and construction documentation process.
Opportunity exists for
project
responsibility and compensation commensurate with capabilities.
Projects include coastal houses and multifamily projects, churches,
offices and retail projects. Maintenance and development of “Southern
Cottages” website and plan offerings are also part of job
responsibilities.
Office location in
Hampstead
is
within 10 minutes of the Intracoastal Waterway, 25 minutes to the beach
and 30 minutes to historic Wilmington, NC.
Architectural degree
and 5
years of
experience is desired. Applicant should have a thorough working
knowledge of AutoCAD for preparation of design and construction
drawings. ArchiCAD & Sketchup experience for presentation
graphics is also desirable.

small architectural practice with a diverse clientele including
churches, medical, offices, and residential projects. This is a
hands-on environment where all staff members are engaged in all facets
of the work.
