| This 100 guest room hotel is based on the Upper-Mid Scale Atrea prototype image plan of the Best Western Hotel chain. The architect has customized the exterior and lobby areas to incorporate certain Tuscan architectural characteristics desired by the owner. The innovative structural foundation employs a system of geo-piers (pressure compacted rock cassions) and grade beams to cope with soft coastal soils. |  |
